Detailed description of The Territory Golf Course
The Territory Golf Course is a private 18-hole golf course located in Duncan, Oklahoma.
The course was designed by Randy Heckenckemper and first opened for play in 2003.
Mature oaks and sumacs grace the length of The Territory's championship golf course with holes nested among numerous rock outcroppings. This 7,100-yard course features a 100-foot natural elevation change as picturesque Stagestand Creek meanders through the golf course while artistic white sand bunkers surround the greens.
Fairway, tee, and rough locations are Tifsport Bermuda Grass, providing for closer mowing heights and superior turf density. The greens, which range in size from 6,000 to 10,000 square feet, are an A-1 and A-4 bent grass blend, establishing consistently fast and true putting surfaces.

This place is a gem in every sense of the word. It is beautiful, serene and in pristine condition. It looks and feels like a 5 star golf course. The practice area contains 3- par 3 holes and a gorgeous chipping area with a driving range and putting green. Once you are on the course, you can't believe you are in the middle of Oklahoma. It's unreal! This place is better than any course around. SPECTACULAR
